Seriously, I don't undestand.

So I am looking for an apt. in NYC. It is impossible. First, it's so hard to get a real response over an email about what the apt. actually is. Second, there are lots of poor people in NYC, no, not the homeless, surely the amount we are asking can't be ridiculous. Third, there is a lingo and hunting variable that exists that is very difficult to comprehend. Fourth, there are lots of stupid people in the world, how did they all get apartments in New York?
